New day, same problems? It's not always possible to alter the situations we're in but Counselling is often about making changes to the ways we experience things & react towards them.

Think, share, process, change & Be You

Feeling confused, anxious, depressed, fed up, angry, sad or overwhelmed? Are you having couple or relationship difficulties? Has your child's behaviour changed and you feel helpless or unable to understand what they need or how they're feeling? Are you finding certain situations or people challenging or unsettling? Has something changed or is every day feeling difficult to face?

I have helped many people work through difficult situations and most have said they feel differently afterwards (please feel free to read my Google reviews and view my photographs and posts).
Together, we can explore any difficulties or problems you or your child want to in counselling & psychotherapy. This would be at your pace, through play in therapy (for younger children) and activities or talking (generally for adolescents, adults or couples).

We all have thoughts, feelings, reactions or behaviours that we can’t explain and sometimes situations affect us in ways we don’t understand and can't control, but it often feels like we're the only one who's struggling when we're dealing with them. This can be overwhelming and it's often difficult to know who to turn to or where to begin sorting things out.

Examples of problems people have found it helpful to explore with me are: home, work, school or just in life general, e.g. Anxiety, stress, depression, sadness, grief, loss, anger, insecurity, attachment patterns, relationships, feeling judged, sexuality, finding yourself, confidence, assertiveness, self harm / injury, behaviour, being you.
